HELP FOR THE PHILIPPINES + AYUDA PARA LAS FILIPINAS

Latest news from the MSC in the Philippines: No MSC’s hurt or killed. Extensive damage to our parish on Pilar (Camote Islands; Cebu District). One family of an MSC scholastic lost everything and the father is in shock. Difficult to have news of all our families because of poor communication. Our confreres are responding to needs in many ways.

To send help: If you wish to channel help through the MSC Congregation, this is the way to do it:

· Give all donations (from parishes, benefactors or the Province itself) to the MSC Provincial/Union Bursar

· The Provincial/Union Bursar should immediately inform both the General Bursar (Fr. Hans Ngala: economo.msc@misacor.org) and the Philippine Bursar (Fr. Leonardo “Bogey” Cabrera: fr_cabring@yahoo.com). Let them know who gave the money and the amount.

· Fr. Hans will debit the Province/Union and credit the Philippine Province for the appropriate amount.

· Our Philippine confreres can immediately use the donation to give direct help or to work with the dioceses where the disaster happened

· Actual transfer of funds will take place later according to the usual way between Provinces and the Generalate. Frs. Hans and Bogey will give a full account (money received and how it was used) later.

Últimas noticias de los MSC en Filipinas : Ningún MSC ha resultado herido o muerto . Se reportan grandes daños a nuestra parroquia El Pilar (Islas Camote en el Distrito de Cebú) . Una familia de un estudiante profeso MSC perdió todo y el padre está en estado de shock . Es difícil tener noticias de todas nuestras familias a causa de la falta de comunicación . Nuestros hermanos están respondiendo a las necesidades de acuerdo a sus posibilidades. 
Para enviar ayuda: Si desea canalizar la ayuda a través de la Congregación MSC, esta es la manera de hacerlo :

• Dirigir todas las donaciones (de parroquias, bienhechores o la propia provincia) al ecónomo Provincial/ de Unión.

• El Ecónomo Provincial/Unión debería informar inmediatamente tanto el Ecónomo General (P. Hans Ngala: economo.msc@misacor.org ) y al ecónomo de Filipinas (Fr. Leonardo " Bogey " Cabrera: fr_cabring@yahoo.com ). Hágales saber que le ha enviado el dinero y la cantidad.

• El P. Hans cargará la Provincia o a la Unión y el crédito a la Provincia de Filipinas por la cantidad indicada.

• Nuestros hermanos de Filipinas podrán utilizar de inmediato la donación para ayudar directamente o para trabajar en coordinación con las diócesis donde ocurrió el desastre.

• La transferencia de fondos se llevará a cabo a de acuerdo a la forma habitual entre las Provincias y la Casa Generalicia.

• El P. Hans y Bogey darán un informe completo (dinero recibido y cómo se usa ) más tarde.
